How photo-to-video memes work
Someone posts a clip: a photo went in, and a familiar motion or sound came out. This page is how that template works, and how to read the tool comparisons on photo2clip.
The template
The meme is the motion and the setup, not the person in the picture. A dance, a zoom, a costume or a scene stays the same. Your photo is the subject. One tool may ask for a single front-facing photo. Another may ask for a friend, a pet, or the car. The meme page says which.
A CapCut template is an edit you build in that app, often from the same kind of trend. The tools compared here are websites that generate the clip from the photo. We do not list CapCut projects, and a meme page does not mean CapCut has that template.
What a meme page compares
- We open each tool's own page for that meme and copy only what it says: photos, length, cost, sign-up and watermark.
- The short steps under each tool are our words for using that page. They are not a promise that every tool works the same way.
- If the page does not say, the cell is "Not stated". We do not fill it from another site.
When a page includes TikTok, that player is TikTok's. We do not re-upload the original video. The tools index lists each tool and the memes that compare it.
Memes with the most tools compared
Ordered by how many tool pages we found, then by name. Not a ranking of likes or views.
TrendingPimp Walk Entrance
Someone holds a glass door. You come through with a low, slow pimp walk, dip toward the floor, slide past the camera, then stand up and pose. Seadanse and MakeViral set that walk in a burger-shop doorway at night. Mr Daniel Kimchi posted the first clip of this doorway on 17 October 2026, and his sound is the one the trend uses. Milton Frost's AI character made the burger-shop version big on 25 October. Neither of them endorses these tools. Kavel uses a barbershop door. Vidlark starts you by a park railing and walks you out of a storefront.
- You need
- 1 photo, or 2 when a friend holds the door
- You get
- A 10-15 second clip
TrendingBurning Bridges
The clip is the chandelier party from Drake's Burning Bridges music video: a silver cup, a hand flat over the eyes, scanning the room on the 'where she at?' line. These tools put your photo in the lead spot. Drake does not endorse them.
- You need
- 1 clear photo of you or your pet
- You get
- A 15-16 second video
TrendingGangnam Style Trio
Three people take turns in the Gangnam Style night-terrace clip: one up close, the camera swings to each friend, then all three wave goodbye. The AI version swaps each performer for someone from your photos.
- You need
- 3 photos, one person in each
- You get
- A 15-20 second landscape video
TrendingHotel Lobby
Two people, or two pets, take turns at one mic in a flat orange booth. The reference is Quavo and Takeoff of Migos performing Hotel Lobby on A COLORS SHOW in 2022. Quavo, Takeoff, Migos and COLORS do not endorse these tools.
- You need
- 1-2 photos of people, or 2 pet photos
- You get
- A 10-20 second clip
TrendingÖzil Goal
The move is Mesut Özil's late winner for Arsenal against Ludogorets on 1 November 2016: flick the ball over the keeper, let two defenders slide past, and roll it in. These tools restage that goal with the person in your photo. Özil, Arsenal and UEFA do not endorse them.
- You need
- 1 photo of the person who should score
- You get
- A 12-15 second vertical video

- You get
- An 8-10 second vertical video

A percent meter races above your head, then a cartoon halo drops or red horns appear. MakeViral says nothing about your face is judged, the clip is playful, and the photo has to be an adult 18 or older.
- You need
- 1 selfie of an adult, or a pet on Sendare
- You get
- A 10-second vertical clip
TrendingBad Times Dance
You or your pet stand in a kitchen, grab your head, and argue with the camera on the beat of Bad Times by Imael Angel. The reel MakeViral points to is an AI dog, not a film of the singer. Imael Angel does not endorse these tools.
